Great Purchase - Updated - Poor Customer Service Jun 30, 2010

Not sure I could be more pleased with this purchase. It is well made and comes with a lifetime warranty, what more could you want. It works well and has a good picture even without an amplifier.
UPDATE: After using this product for about a year once a week it has developed a really bad short. Since it has a lifetime warranty I was not overly concerned about it until I started trying to contact the seller. Could not get a good phone number or ever get anyone on the phone so I sent an email through Amazon which took a day or so to get a response back. After a little annoying back and forth they finally agreed to send out a new cable and have me send them back the one with the short. After waiting 8 business days to hear back from them with shipping information (which I requested) and having given them my new updated address I finally emailed again only to find out the new cord had not been sent. Then the company finally sent it out to my old address. They then instead of correcting the problem decided to tell me they would just give me a refund and send me a shipping label to send the bad one back. So here I am 9 business days after initially hearing from and still without the cable that I need for my business. I have been pleased with the cable but the customer service has been very poor which is causing me to drop my review to 3 stars from 5.
