Pro-Techgroup accepts all non-defective returns within 30 days of purchase. All non-defective returns MUST be in their ORIGINAL BRAND NEW condition and PACKAGING. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the original order and the merchandise return shipping costs. All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us your request for an RMA number with the Subject line: RMA Request. You must include the following information in your request for RMA:
1. Your order number
2. Your full name and and address
3. Reason(s) for the return
